We have been in the Limousin breeding business since 1987. Previously we had raised
commercial cattle. When we saw the muscle that the Limousin put on our crossbred
cows, we knew exactly what kind of cattle we wanted to raise. So began our endeavor
into the Limousin business.
Our goal has always been to raise the most functional and growthy animals available.
Our cows are expected to raise a growthy calf with little supplementation. We feel we
have achieved this through a mixture of fullblood and purebred genetics.
When selecting an animal from C-N-D Limousin, you will be selecting from a herd that
has 45% of its animals in the top 10% of the breed for growth EPD’s.
Our commitment to the breed has included being lifetime members of NALF, board of
directors of the MLBA, Heart of the Missouri Limousin Assoc., President of the Ozarks
Limousin Assoc., member of Arkansas Limousin Assoc. and past member of HOOLA.
